What are the various types of packaging?
- Five Panel Wrap carton boxes
These carton boxes are boxes with 5 foldable panels. These are long sized package boxes which can be used to pack long sized items such as golf clubs, cricket bats, wickets, sports racquets used in lawn tennis, badminton, squash, hockey etc. This box is made from a single piece of cardboard. These are also called as “Smart Boxes” because of their unique design which none other have. These carton boxes come in the category of Die Cut Box [กล่องไดคัท, which is the term in Thai] as it is made out of various cuts made in the cardboard.
- Telescoping carton boxes
These carton boxes are made from 2 individual panels which are then combined to form a closed box. One panel of the two is used for the body while the other is used as a lid of the box. These telescoped carton boxes are compact and tight. This quality of the boxes makes it sturdy and capable in the long run as it would not wear or tear down easily. The telescoping box is not made from regular cardboard but makers of these carton boxes use corrugated cardboard. These cartons are completely sealed using staple pins and adhesives.
- Full overlapping carton boxes
These kinds of carton boxes are made out of a single piece of cardboard and it folds within itself to form a closed container box. The speciality of these boxes is that the height of the box is really thin while the length and the breadth are big enough. These boxes are usually used in the packaging of large-sized glass paintings, LED screens, laptops etc. The full overlapping carton boxes have a really long flap which covers the entire box. The best part in these boxes is that they are readily available in the market and are very economical along with the high-quality box. These are rough and tough boxes which will not wear and tear easily.
